Band Camp begins, and we are off on another school-year adventure!
HYDRATE! HYDRATE! HYDRATE!
Please be sure to have your gallon water jug filled and ready to go!
Reminder: Band Camp takes place mostly OUTDOORS. Wear sunblock, a hat, sunglasses, athletic clothes,
and proper athletic footwear. These things will keep you functioning your best during our days of camp.
We will begin checking in students at 7:45 AM, and camp will begin with a welcome/kick-off meeting for
students in the auditorium promptly at 8:00 AM!
Lunch will be at Noon each day. Students are not permitted to leave campus for lunch. Please make sure
you are bringing a healthy lunch, and continue to HYDRATE!
Tuesday through Friday, rehearsals will begin in the morning at the stadium. Students will need their
equipment (including instruments).
Students are expected to arrive with plenty of time to get themselves and their equipment ready for
rehearsal to begin, at the field, promptly at 8:00 AM. I ask our students to respect the time of those who
are here to serve them as educators, staff, leaders, and volunteers. In return, we will all do our best to
provide a SUPERIOR music and performance education and be respectful of student, parent, and family
time at the conclusion of rehearsals.
