Parents: If you have never come out to a band competition, consider attending the Palmetto Ridge Marching Band Invitational. Come support the team, cheer on your student, and enjoy an evening of pageantry!

Monday 10/31:

  • 5 PM – Sectionals
  • 6 PM – Marching Band Rehearsal

Tuesday 11/1:

  • Virtual Learning Day
  • Binder assignment due
  • 6 PM – Board Meeting

Wednesday 11/2:

  • 4:30 PM – Leadership Meeting
  • 4:30 PM – Sectionals
  • 6 PM – Marching Band Rehearsal – on the Back Field

Thursday 11/3:

  • Concessions Helpers Needed
  • Winds: In-class Concert Band

Friday 11/4:

  • Rehearsal: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Saturday – 11/5 Palmetto Ridge Competition

  • 9:00 AM – Rehearsal
  • 12:00 PM – Lunch
  • 1:00 PM – Rehearsal
  • 3:00 PM –Break (load trailer first) – Bring food for your break. There is no guarantee we
    will have time to stop at PRHS Concessions.
  • 4:30 PM – Prep for Departure
    • Under Uniform
    • Uniforms (bibbers on)
    • Jacket in a garment bag.

  • 5:00 PM – Uniform Inspection
  • 5:25 PM – Depart Naples High
  • 6:25 PM – Arrive at PRHS
  • 6:30 PM – Unload Bus, Restrooms – if needed
  • 6:40 PM – Unload Equipment Trailer
  • 6:50 PM – Visual Stretch/Warm-up
  • 7:25 PM – Warm-up
  • 7:55 PM – Travel
  • 8:05 PM – Perform
  • 8:20 PM – Load Trailer
  • 9:10 PM – Awards
  • 11:00 PM – Unload, Cleanup, and Dismissal
