This is our annual R&B Extravaganza which is held at Lorenzo Walker.  We will need help to decorate, put linens and place settings on tables, and set out silent auction items prior to the start of the event.  We will also need help with clean up at the end of the event.  No CCPS volunteer clearance needed for this event since you will not be working with the students.  Performing students will be fed pizza behind the scenes from 6:15-6:45pm.

NON-jazz and NON-percussion band students can sign up to help as well – but come ready to work 🙂

If you bought dinner tickets, please consider helping us to setup or clean up before/after dinner.  Student performers can help with serving food/drinks when they aren’t performing.

We use disposable plates/cups, silverware that we own (throw dirties in bucket to be sent home with Mrs. Mogelvang for cleaning), and rented linens will only need to be shaken out before boxing up to return to company on Monday.
